Ono Hawaiian BBQ is opening a second location in Alhambra in the Fremont Plaza.
This marks the 79th location for the chain, which serves dishes like chicken katsu, kalbi short ribs, kalua pork and teriyaki chicken flanked by macaroni salad, rice and vegetables. Its menu also includes appetizers, such as musubi and crab rangoon, salads, and more.
There will be a grand opening celebration 10:45 a.m. Feb. 8 with a ribbon cutting cermony, followed by a Hawaiian dance performance and a raffle for fifty $100 gift cards. And all food items will be buy-one, get-one-free from 11 a.m.-9:30 p.m.
