Free Ono for a Year” Voucher Program Effective Date: 02/27/2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) govern the Ono Hawaiian BBQ “Free Ono for a Year” Voucher program ( “Program”) and associated promotional codes (“Promo Codes”). By accepting or using the Voucher or Promo Codes, the recipient (“Voucher Holder”) agrees to these Program Terms.

1. Program Overview and Benefit Structure

Program Overview:

Winners will be selected through a random raffle drawing conducted at the Ono Hawaiian BBQ restaurant located at 555 W Mission Ave, Escondido, CA 92025, on February 27, 2026 (the “Event Date”). No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Raffle tickets will be distributed free of charge to attendees at the restaurant location during the grand opening event, while supplies last. Raffle ticket distribution will begin at 11:00 AM local time and will end promptly at 12:25 PM local time on the Event Date. No raffle entries will be accepted after 12:25 PM local time. Each participant will receive one (1) raffle ticket and one (1) event wristband, while supplies last. Limit one (1) raffle ticket and wristband per person.

The raffle drawing will take place at approximately 12:30 PM local time, at which time winning ticket numbers will be announced. Participants must be physically present at the time of the raffle drawing to be eligible to win. Participants must present both their physical wristband and corresponding raffle ticket for verification. The raffle ticket number must match the winning number drawn. Failure to present both the wristband and matching raffle ticket at the time of verification will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Upon verification and redemption of any prize, the raffle ticket will be collected and retained by Ono Hawaiian BBQ staff, and the wristband will be removed and collected at the time of prize redemption. This procedure is required to confirm redemption and prevent duplicate claims.

Winners will be eligible to receive one (1) of the following prizes:

• Participation in the Ono Hawaiian BBQ Grand Opening Promo Card Raffle (see official program terms at: https://onohawaiianbbq.com/promoterms/), or
• Participation in the “Ono for a Year” Voucher Program, subject to its applicable terms and conditions.

Each participant is eligible to win only one (1) prize. Individuals who win one prize will not be eligible to win an additional prize during the same raffle event. Prizes must be claimed in person at the time of the drawing and may not be transferred, reassigned, or redeemed at a later time.

Ono Hawaiian BBQ reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any individual suspected of fraud, tampering, abuse, duplication, or violation of these official rules. Ono Hawaiian BBQ reserves the right to adjust raffle ticket distribution times, drawing times, or related procedures in the event of operational delays, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances, at its sole discretion.

Benefit Structure:

The Ono For a Year Voucher entitles the Voucher Holder to receive twelve (12) unique Promo Codes, each valid for a designated calendar month during a twelve (12) consecutive months’ period (“Program Period”). All Promo Codes will be issued at one time.

Each Promo Code permits up to three (3) free standard Plate Lunch redemptions during its designated calendar month through Ono Hawaiian BBQ’s official online ordering platform.

Each Promo Code:

• Is valid only during its assigned calendar month
• Is limited to three (3) total redemptions
• Is limited to one (1) free Plate Lunch per transaction
• Expires at 11:59 PM local time on the last day of its designated month
• Unused redemptions do not carry over

2. Online Ordering Requirement

Promo Codes are valid only through Ono Hawaiian BBQ’s official website or mobile app.  Promo Codes and are not valid and cannot be used in-store or via third-party delivery platforms.

3. Eligible Items

Promo Codes are valid only for standard Plate Lunch menu items. Promo Codes cannot be used for family meals, catering, add-ons, beverages, merchandise, delivery fees, service fees, and taxes, which will be charged at the full amounts to the purchaser.

4. Non-Transferability

Promo Codes are non-transferable, not for resale, and may not be shared or duplicated. Codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Expiration

All Promo Codes expire at the end of their designated month.  The Program and all items offered as part of the Program shall expire at the end of the Program Period.

6. Fraud and Abuse

Ono Hawaiian BBQ reserves the right to revoke Promo Codes in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is not liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the Voucher or Promo Codes.  All participants in the Program agree that they are participating voluntarily in the Program and assume all risk associated with the Program and redeeming the Promo Codes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California

In redeeming the Promo Codes on-line, the recipient agrees to abide by and accept the terms of Ono’s website and ordering platform Terms of Use.

9. Online Ordering Platform, OLO Platform, and Personal Data

Redemption of any Promo Code through Ono Hawaiian BBQ’s online ordering platform, including its Olo (“OLO”) ordering platform, official website, or mobile application (collectively, the “Online Ordering Platform”), constitutes the recipient’s agreement to comply with and be bound by Ono Hawaiian BBQ’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all applicable online ordering platform terms and conditions, including those governing the OLO platform, as may be modified from time to time.

By using the Online Ordering Platform and redeeming Promo Codes, the recipient acknowledges and agrees that Ono Hawaiian BBQ and its service providers, including OLO, may collect, process, store, and use personal information and transaction data in accordance with Ono Hawaiian BBQ’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Such personal data may include, but is not limited to, the recipient’s name, email address, phone number, account information, order details, and redemption activity, and will be used for purposes including Promo Code validation, fraud prevention, customer support, and program administration.

10. Customer Support and Redemption Assistance

If a recipient experiences any issues redeeming or using a Promo Code, or has questions regarding the Voucher or Promo Code program, the recipient may contact Ono Hawaiian BBQ Customer Support at:

Ono Hawaiian BBQ will make reasonable efforts to assist with Promo Code redemption issues but does not guarantee resolution and is not responsible for technical errors, connectivity issues, user account errors, or issues outside Ono Hawaiian BBQ’s reasonable control.

The recipient is solely responsible for safeguarding and properly using all issued Promo Codes and vouchers, including tracking expiration dates and designated redemption periods. Promo Codes and vouchers will not be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted, forgotten, or otherwise misplaced. Ono Hawaiian BBQ is not responsible for expired Promo Codes or vouchers, including situations where the recipient fails to redeem a Promo Code before its expiration date or misunderstands the applicable redemption period.

All Promo Codes expire as stated in the Program Terms and will not be reissued, extended, reinstated, or replaced for any reason, including but not limited to user error, account issues, technical issues outside Ono Hawaiian BBQ’s control, or failure to redeem prior to expiration.
